Samoan Koko Alaisa and Chopsoi

Our class (Rm 21) made koko alaisa and chop suey on Friday for Samoan language week. Eating the food is way better than cooking it. My favourite was the chop suey or another way of saying it is supasui for Samoan. It was my favourite dish because the chicken was a delicious twist to the rice and the carrots. They were both very yummy but I liked the chop suey the best!

Samoan Language Week

Our class has been making koko alaisa and sapasui for Samoa language week. They were so delicious. When we ate the sapasui I loved the chicken the most but I only had one piece of chicken. We ate it with bread which made it taste even better. The rice was the second best. The koko alaisa tasted like chocolate! It didn't have any water in it but it was still yum.
